❓ How far in advance should I book?
We strongly recommend reserving early, especially during busy celebration seasons, holidays, graduation periods, weddings, and peak ceremonial dates.

No.
Reservation dates are only secured after checkout is completed successfully and payment has been processed.
⏳ Incomplete, unpaid, or abandoned reservations may automatically release after approximately 60 minutes to maintain availability for other guests.
❓ Do I need to pay in full at checkout?
Yes.
Rental reservations generally require full payment at checkout, including applicable rental charges, Professional Garment Care, taxes, shipping charges, and approved add-ons when applicable.

📌 Customers remain financially responsible for severe damage, permanent staining, smoke exposure, unauthorized alterations, missing items, non-returned items, replacement costs, or reservation disruption caused by late or severely damaged returns.
❓Do you charge a refundable deposit?
Luna Hanbok Story currently does not use a traditional refundable deposit system for standard rentals.
Instead, rental reservations include Professional Garment Care during checkout to support garment preparation, steaming, sanitization, inspection, handling, and operational preparation between reservations.
Additional charges may apply only if returned rental items require extraordinary recovery, repair, replacement, late-return handling, unauthorized alteration recovery, odor treatment, or operational remediation beyond standard garment care.
❓ Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation eligibility depends on how close the reservation is to the scheduled pickup date or scheduled ship-out timeline.

Minor wrinkles may naturally occur during transportation, packaging, or shipment handling.

We strongly recommend avoiding food, drinks, smoke exposure, oils, glitter, candle wax, heavily scented environments, and high-risk staining situations while wearing rental garments whenever possible.
