This agreement summarizes important information regarding reservations, rental timelines, return expectations, deposits, garment care, cancellations, and customer responsibilities.

Luna Hanbok Story provides curated hanbok rentals and traditional accessories for celebrations, portraits, weddings, cultural events, and milestone occasions.
Because many garments and accessories are imported, limited in quantity, delicate, ceremonial, or difficult to replace, all rental policies are carefully enforced to help preserve the collection for future customers.

📦 Shipping Rentals
Shipping rental charges apply only to the reserved customer usage period selected during booking.
📦 Transit time during outbound shipping, delivery, and return transit is generally not counted as rental usage time once packages receive official carrier acceptance tracking by the required return date listed on the provided return label.
📌 Processing, preparation, inspection, professional garment care, packaging, and carrier transit time before delivery or after return shipment are separate from the reserved customer usage period.

📬 Shipping Rental Return Requirements
Shipping rental orders may include a return shipping label based on the customer’s stated final event date and selected rental schedule.
To be considered returned on time, rental packages must:

✨ Be scanned by the carrier no later than the return date printed on the provided return label
📌 Packages placed in after-hours bins, lockers, drop boxes, mailrooms, or submitted without carrier acceptance scanning may not qualify as returned on time.
Once the package receives carrier acceptance tracking by the required return date, carrier transit time is generally not counted against the customer.

Professional Garment Care is part of the standard rental preparation process and is not a refundable deposit.

🚫 Steam, iron, repair, or attempt self-cleaning
🚫 Use damaging pins, adhesives, glue, tape, or clips
🚫 Expose items to smoke, heavy perfume, excessive makeup, oils, mud, paint, glitter, or substances that may stain or damage fabrics
📌 Additional garment care, deodorizing, repair, replacement, operational recovery, administrative, or late-return charges may apply depending on garment condition, reservation impact, and return status.

⚠️ Damage, Loss & Missing Items
Luna Hanbok Story reserves the right to assess garment condition and determine applicable additional garment care, repair, replacement, recovery, or late-return charges or late fees.
Charges may include:
