Local pickup rental charges apply from the scheduled pickup date through the scheduled return/drop-off date, including both pickup and return days.

📌 Local pickup reservations are billed based on the full customer possession period, not individual event hours or event dates.

Because ceremonial rental inventory remains unavailable to other reservations during the reserved possession timeline, both pickup and return dates are included within the reservation period.

Shipping rental charges apply only to the reserved customer usage period selected during booking.

📦 Transit time during outbound shipment, delivery coordination, and return transit is generally not counted as customer possession time once packages receive official carrier acceptance tracking by the required return date listed on the provided return label.

📌 Preparation, inspection, garment care coordination, packaging, carrier scheduling, and operational processing completed before shipment or after return are separate from the reserved customer usage period.

To be considered returned on time, rental packages must:

✔ Receive an official carrier acceptance scan
✔ Be scanned by the carrier no later than the return date printed on the provided return label

📌 Packages placed in after-hours bins, drop boxes, lockers, mailrooms, or left without official carrier acceptance scanning may not qualify as returned on time.
